For a task to be available to the user in ALITEO, they must meet the following conditions:
- Must be an active user of the company (data access is enabled in the user settings within the company),
- Must not be a private assignment.
If the above conditions are met, the user gets the right to the task in the following cases:
- The user is a follower of the task. He can become a follower:
- Automatically, if they are:
- Task owner,
- Task solver,
- Member of the task solving group that is the task solver.
- Manually added to the task followers.
- The task is in the "Waiting for project" status and the user is a member of the project to which the task belongs.
- The task is in the "Waiting for team" state and the user is a member of the team to which the task belongs.
- The task is in the "Waiting for user response" state if that user is selected as the person from whom the response is expected.
Supervisors' rights
A user with the "Supervisor" privilege has specific rights above and beyond those of other users. Depending on the level of the ALITEO application at which the user is a supervisor, we distinguish which tasks the user has the right to view:
- A company supervisor has the right to view all tasks in the entire company.
- The workspace supervisor has the right to all tasks in the workspace projects.
- The project supervisor has the right to all tasks of a specific project.
Anonymous task owner
An anonymous user (a person who is not registered in ALITEO) can also become the owner of a task. Just select the "Add owner by email" option for the owner when creating the task.
The anonymous owner then receives the following notification by email:
- Adding a public comment,
- Request to close/cancel a task,
- The owner's response is awaited,
- The merged task has been closed or cancelled.
Internal users of a project/team
V případě, že je úkol ve stavu "Čeká na reakci projektu nebo týmu", získávají na něj právo pouze interní členové daného projektu či týmu.
