Notifications are an integral part of tools similar to the ALITEO application. Their primary goal is to notify the user of changes that he considers important.

Views are a tool by which we specify additional criteria for filtering tasks. Views that the user has created as private for themselves are stored in this place.

Tags make it easy to label individual tasks, providing valuable information about a given task in a simple way. Thanks to their color coding, they also speed up comprehension for you and other users with whom you can share the tags.

Workspace templates belong to the category of administrative activities. As written in the chapter dedicated to workspaces, it is possible to create templates from workspaces that are stored either on the company or on the user, and this is where we can find templates of workspaces stored on the user.

This is where all the task templates that the user has created are displayed. These templates can be set to repeat, which will automatically create a task with a set period.
