Notifications are an integral part of tools similar to the ALITEO application. Their primary goal is to notify the user of changes that he considers important.

The contacts in the user settings are used to register users (their e-mail addresses and names) who are not ALITEO users and have been invited to events or meetings as guests. We can also enter a new contact manually using the "New" button.

Views are a tool by which we specify additional criteria for filtering tasks. Views that the user has created as private for themselves are stored in this place.

Labels are used to mark individual tasks, they are divided into several categories, and it is in this record that we find those that the user has created as private for himself and cannot be seen by any other application user.

Workspace templates belong to the category of administrative activities. As written in the chapter dedicated to workspaces, it is possible to create templates from workspaces that are stored either on the company or on the user, and this is where we can find templates of workspaces stored on the user.
