In order for a user to have access to a team in ALITEO, the following basic condition must be met:
- They must be an active user of the company (i.e. data access is enabled in the user settings within the company).
If this condition is met, the user becomes eligible for the team in the following cases:
- The user is a member of that team.
- The team has visibility set to "All company users".
- An external user has the right to teams with visibility set to "Comapny external users".
- An internal user has the right to teams with visibility set to "Company internal users".
- The company supervisor has the right to all teams within his company.
