Portal for anonymous users

The ALITEO application allows non-registered users to access tasks through the anonymous user portal, so you don't have to handle your cases via email only.

You can access the portal as an anonymous user using the "View Task" button from the email notification you receive from the ALITEO app. The portal opens in a web browser, where the interface is visibly simpler compared to the interface directly in the ALITEO application.

On the screen of the anonymous portal you will find the following:

  • Header - in this section the
    • Anonymous user sees basic information about the task of which he is the owner:
    • Task number,
    • Priority,
    • Task status - the anonymous user sees only the following statuses:
      • Requesting closure,
      • Closed,
      • Requesting cancellation,
      • Cancelled,
      • Awaiting owner's response,
      • Pending - this status represents for the anonymous owner all other options offered by ALITEO (solution stages, project/team response, suspended, etc.).
    • Creation date,
    • E-mail of the owner.
  • Tabs:
    • Description - the original task description that the owner used when creating the task.
    • Comments - only public comments are visible.
    • Attachments - public attachments to the task.
