Who has the right to a portfolio

In order for a user to gain permission to a portfolio in the application, the following basic condition must be met:

• They must be an active user of the company (i.e. data access is enabled in the user settings within the company).

Once this condition is met, the user gains access to the portfolio in the following cases:

• The user is a member of the portfolio.
• An internal user has permissions to portfolios with the visibility set to "Company Internal Users".
• The company supervisor has permission to all portfolios within the company.
