User

Users access the ALITEO application through user accounts, which are created by registering users before their first login and are free of charge.

Company

The company represents one of the basic and highest elements of the ALITEO application, in which the cooperation of the company's users takes place and consists of other units.

Tasks

Tasks are one of the basic building blocks of the ALITEO application. We set the basic properties of the tasks, such as the completion date, priority, or delegate them to other solvers.

Timesheets

Timesheets are one of the key features of the ALITEO application. Their goal is to simplify and clarify work hour tracking. They provide comfort and insight for both the employees themselves and for managers who need to know how individual employees' work hours are distributed among their tasks.

Projects

Projects represent the cornerstone of the ALITEO application. They are created within a workspace, which defines the key parameters of a newly established project. The scope of the project's use is then determined by its specific configuration and implementation.

Teams

Another of the large units of the ALITEO application are teams. Unlike projects, teams are created in a company and their use is mainly intended for team management as a group of people (e.g. departments). Teams do not contain project tasks as in the case of projects. We will describe the composition of this unit in the following chapters.

Portfolio

Use the portfolio to define your partners, subscribers, customers or framework projects and assign them any project from the company. Add another dimension to your data.

Calendar

Sync your ALITEO calendar with your Exchange, Google or Office 365 work calendar to organise your time efficiently in one place.

Mentoring

Optimize the efficiency and performance of your workforce with the mentoring feature in our app. Mentoring is a tool that allows you to monitor and manage the work of your mentees and gain valuable insights into performance and goal achievement.

Dashboard

With dashboards you get a quick graphical overview of the current events in your company. With them, you can effectively monitor the situation in real time and analyze how you have fared in the past.

Attributes

Attributes are administrator-defined fields that are specific to a given company or process. This approach enables wide possibilities of adapting the behavior of the application to the needs of its users.

Meetings

Take advantage of one of the key functionalities of ALITEO - Consultations. This tool allows you to comprehensively plan, prepare and conduct meetings without having to use any external tools.

API

Connect the ALITEO application with other tools via the REST API and thus achieve a functional and efficient environment for your work.
