Mirrored tasks

Task mirroring allows you to efficiently transfer tasks to teams and sub-teams. Essentially, you create a copy of a task that is assigned to a specific team or subteam. In this way, you can assign a task to be worked on or track its progress.

The mirrored task is fully synchronized with the original task. Any changes to the original task (e.g. changing the solver, phase, editing labels, etc.) are automatically reflected in the mirrored task - and vice versa. This ensures accurate and efficient tracking of task progress and resolution.

Tasks can be mirrored in two ways:

• By making bulk changes to the task list.
• Via the "Links" tab in the task details.
