Task list

According to the defined settings in the left panel, you can see a list of tasks in the middle of the screen that match the settings. The tasks are displayed as tabs, which by default display the following information:

• Task ID - the identification number of the task, which is unique within the company.
• Navigation - the owner of the task and its affiliation with the company, workspace and project, team, or section.
• Task name
• Tags
• Task description
• Attributes - have "Show in preview" enabled in their settings.
• Task status or solution stage
• Priority
• Date of completion
• Task privacy
• Solvers
• Satisfaction
• Current progress of SLA - status or deadline.
• Author and date of last comment

The above list and its order can be customized by the user in their settings along with the information displayed in compact mode. The bell icon in the upper right corner of the task tab indicates that you have detailed notifications enabled for the task.
