Task overview controls

In the top right corner of the task list on the "Tasks" screen, there are several controls that you can use to work with the list:

  • Order - use this toggle to change the order of tasks according to the following options:
    • Priority - by priority from highest to lowest, or highest to lowest.
    • Due Date - by due date, if specified. If not, it is sorted by priority at the bottom of the list.
    • Last Comment - by the date of the last comment on the task.
    • Name - by the name of the task from A to Z or vice versa.
    • SLA Date - by the date and time values of Response Time and Repair Time from earliest or latest.
    • From Oldest - by the date of creation from earliest to latest.
    • From Latest - by the date of creation from latest to latest.
  • Compact View - this switch can be used to enable the compact view of the task overview. Compact mode is used to reduce the available task information in order to display as many tasks as possible in the overview.
  • Sum - this switch turns on a panel in the header that displays all the data that can be used to perform a sum operation. This includes standard data such as scheduled time and time taken, but also job attributes that are displayed in the job preview and have a format over which the sum can be performed, and also have this option enabled in the settings.
