On the home screen and in the "Tasks" tab, some changes to tasks can be made in bulk.
Bulk task selection is enabled in the task overview by selecting the checkbox in the upper left corner of the task tab. You can continue the selection by clicking on other tasks, or use the "Select All" option in the header to speed up the selection of multiple tasks. If there are more than 100 tasks displayed, the first 100 tasks will be selected.
Bulk changes can be changed:
- Task state - in the menu you will find a list of states to which each selected task can be switched. If I select tasks from multiple workspaces or teams in the task record, only the standard states available for all tasks will be displayed, not the stages defined in the workspace or team settings.
- Labels - set up bulk labels for tagged tasks. Again, it depends on which workspaces the tagged tasks belong to.
- Solver - when this change is made, the current solver setting is replaced with the new setting
- Subtasks - this allows you to move multiple tasks to a subtask of either one of the selected tasks, or to another using a link.
- Merge - merge selected tasks into one, either into one task from the selection or into another using a link to it.
- Team Mirroring - this option allows you to mirror or un-mirror a task for the selected team. Once a team is selected, the task can be mirrored for the entire team or for one of its sub-teams. For better and more precise specification, there is an additional option at the end of the mirroring process to select the team/sub-team section to which the task will be assigned after the mirroring is confirmed. A general description of mirroring can be found at this link.
