What are signatures?

Signatures, similar to predefined comments, serve to quickly supplement the text of your comment. They allow you to easily and quickly insert your contact or company information without having to manually type it out every time.

Signature Setup

In the "Signatures" tab within your user settings, you can select which information your automatic signature will contain. The following options are available, which the system will fill in automatically:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Company
  • Position
  • Phone Number
  • Email

Using the Signature in a Comment

The signature is not added to the comment automatically, but upon your request, giving you full control over when to use it.

  1. Open the comment entry field for a task.
  2. In the bottom left corner of the comment field, you will find the Signature icon.
  3. Clicking this icon will immediately insert your preset signature into the text field, following any existing comment content.
