Gantt settings

To use the Gantt chart and capacity planning tools in the ALITEO application, you must meet specific licensing conditions based on your plan:

• Enterprise Plan: These features are included as part of the standard equipment and are fully available to users.

• Premium Plan: Gantt and planning are available as an optional add-on that must be purchased for the license.

• Basic Plan: This license does not allow for the use or additional purchase of these extension features.

Gantt Manager

In the project and team settings, you will find the specialized "Gantt Manager" role. This role allows you to designate specific individuals responsible for managing timelines and capacity planning within a given unit.

Rules for the Gantt Manager Role

The management and visibility of this role are governed by the following system logic:

• Conditional Visibility: The selection field for the Gantt manager only appears in the settings if the Gantt feature is turned on for that specific project or team.

• Selection Restriction: Only users who are already members of the given project or team can be selected for the Gantt manager role.

• Automatic Clearing: If the Gantt feature is turned off in the settings, the Gantt manager field is automatically cleared.

• Flexibility: Assigning a user to this role is not mandatory, and the Gantt manager can be manually removed at any time.
