The user menu can be accessed by clicking on the avatar and user name in the top right corner of the ALITEO application. Once clicked, a menu will expand which contains several functionalities.
Active companies
This is a list of companies of which the user is a member. There are three controls next to each company name:
- Checkbox - for displaying the data of the company in the application records (at least one must be marked).
- Star - marking your favourite company - when you enter the app or refresh the page, all companies marked with a star are also marked with a checkbox. In other words, when refreshing the application page, data from the following companies is available.
- Gear wheel - icon for entering company settings (for users with Company Administrator rights) or entering workspace settings (for users with Workspace Administrator rights).
In this menu we can add additional companies for which separate licensing applies.
Archived companies
Since it is also possible to archive a company, it is possible to display archived companies in this menu.
Displayed status
This is a space where the user can set their status, which makes them stand out to other users of the application. It is possible to set the status one for all companies, or to set the status for each company separately. We distinguish the following states:
- Active - with a green dot next to the avatar. This status is automatic and can be changed to:
- Offline - no icon - if all web browser tabs with opened ALITEO app are closed.
- In a meeting - red icon - the user is connected to the ALITEO conference call.
- Silent - with orange icon - manual setting that does not change with respect to browser or user status.
- Hidden (offline) - no icon - a manual setting that does not change with respect to the browser state or user state.
