System users

When a company is created, three system users are automatically generated within it. You won't see them listed among your regular company members. These are:

• ALITEO Automat – For activities within the company that are generated automatically (e.g., creating a task triggers rules for assignees and sets an assignee – this action will appear as "ALITEO Automat").
• ALITEO helper– For automatic comments.
• ALITEO Anonym – For tasks and comments created via an anonymous email address.

You'll primarily encounter these system users on the Task Activities tab.
