Search tasks module

The Search Tasks module in the Make platform is designed for automated searching and retrieval of detailed information about tasks in the ALITEO system. It allows you to download data about specific tasks based on their unique identifiers. After selecting the connection (the "Connection" field), the following configuration options will open, which are key to searching for tasks correctly. You can find the procedure for creating a connection here.

IDS settings and connection

This section defines which specific tasks are to be searched for.

  • Connection: Select the preset connection to ALITEO.
  • IDs (Identifiers): Required field for entering a list of task IDs. These are fields of identifiers (IDs) that are used to obtain detailed data about tasks.
    • ID 1, ID 2, ID 3, ID 4, ...: Each identifier must be entered separately using "Add Item".

Limiting results

  • Limit: An optional field that limits the maximum number of tasks returned by the module. This feature is useful for controlling the volume of processed data and optimizing script execution.
