Add comment module

The Add comment module in the Make platform is designed for automated adding of comments to specific tasks in the ALITEO system. It allows you to quickly and efficiently communicate information directly in the context of the task being solved. After selecting the connection and entering the user on whose behalf the comment is being added, the following configuration options will open, which are key to creating the comment correctly. Connection settings

This section defines which task the comment will be attached to and who is adding it.

• Connection: Select the preset connection to ALITEO.
• Email: The email address of the user making this call. If the field is empty, the company API user will be used automatically.
• Task: Required field for the ID of the task to which you want to add a comment/comments.

List of comments

Here you define the content, author, and creation time of the comment. The module allows you to add multiple comments at once using "Add Item".

• Comments: A group of fields for configuring one or more comments.
  • Comment: Required field for comment content.
  • Email creator: Required field for the email address of the comment creator.
  • Created: Date and time when the comment was created.
