Portfolio evidence views

In the left panel of the portfolio records, you will find tools for filtering them. Here you can use both predefined filters, which quickly customize the display, and sophisticated views for more precise selection.

At the top of the left panel, you will find predefined views that are always available:

  • All portfolios – Displays all portfolios to which the user has access based on membership or other permissions.
  • Managed portfolios – Displays all portfolios in which the user is an administrator.

New View

You can create a new view by pressing the "New View" button. In the dialog box that appears, you can then set the parameters that suit you:

  • Company – Defines the company (or all companies) whose portfolios you want to view.
  • Name – Here you can filter portfolios by name.
  • Conditions – You can create combinations of multiple conditions that specify specific portfolios in more detail. Standard data for portfolios is available, and you can define the relationship between multiple conditions using the operators Simultaneously (both conditions must be met) or Or (at least one condition must be met).
  • Additional options – Additional options include supplementary settings, such as displaying archived portfolios.

Saved Views

Apply the view you have defined by clicking the "Apply view" button. The applied view will be displayed in the left panel at the top. If you want to save it for future use, click "Save View" and enter its name. The saved view is activated automatically and can be canceled by clicking the "X" icon.

Based on your permissions, you can save the view as:

  • My view – The view is only available to you.
  • Company view – Only company administrators can save this view. They can choose from two options:
    • Internal users only – Only internal users of the company will see the view.
    • Internal and external users – The view is visible to all users of the company.

You can mark individual saved views as favorites (star icon) so that they do not get mixed up with those you use less frequently.

Views can be deleted in your settings (if it is a private view) or in the company settings (in the case of a shared view).
