Left panel of a task detail

The left panel in the task details contains a range of information that is primarily used to manage the task. Users with different permissions may see the contents of this panel differently. It contains the following information:

  • Ask AI about the task - a helper powered by artificial intelligence and a large language model allows users to ask about the status and happenings of a task at different time intervals. This is particularly effective for large tasks with lots of comments or long descriptions. The AI helper currently has access to the task title, description, and comments. In addition to the chat window, a "Summary" window is also available, where after setting a time interval, the AI processes a brief and direct summary of the task.
  • Satisfaction rating (visible in the closed task where the rating is requested), which, according to the workspace settings, contains:
    • Evaluator,
    • Term satisfaction rating,
    • Quality satisfaction rating,
    • Rating comment.
  • Solvers - the solvers of a task are the users or solver groups that are currently engaged in solving the task. A task solver can only be an internal company user or an external company user licensed and setup in the project as an internal member.
  • Response time, repair time - this information is available if you are using SLA in the project and it is a project role. A time is defined here that tells when the SLA characteristic should be terminated.
  • Project attributes - here you can view all project attributes that have the "Show in task detail" option set in their properties.
  • Tags - this is where the set tags are located.
  • Description - homplete the title of the task with a detailed description of its nature. If the description is extensive, there is an "Expand" option available in the description that allows you to view the entire description of the task. If even that is not enough and the description in this format is still difficult to read, you can use the "Full Screen" button to display the description in a nearly full screen window.
  • Task attributes - project task attributes defined in the workspace settings.
  • Start date - optional start date of the task.
  • Completion date - optional date when the task should be solved.
  • Created - date and time when the task was created.
  • Priority - define 5 levels of task priority.
  • Solution status - solution stage/task status.
  • Privacy - this is the privacy of the task.
  • Owner - the user who created the task. The owner can be changed for another user or project member. The owner of a task can also be an external user and therefore a user for whom the license is not paid, or an anonymous user identified by email not registered in ALITEO.
  • Task followers - users are automatically added to followers if they have been an owner, a solver, or are part of a solver group that has been a solver of the task at least once. Followers can be manually added or removed. Followers do not include users who have supervisor rights, even if they are eligible for the role. There may be a bell icon next to the watcher's name to indicate that the user has detailed notifications enabled in the task. An unregistered user can also be added as a task follower. You can add them by entering their email address using the “Add follower by email” option in the task followers dialog.
  • Time - you can define the scheduled time for a task. Then, when reporting work by adding timesheet for the task, compare the scheduled time against the time worked.
  • Method of creation - a task in ALITEO can be created in several ways, which are listed in this field:
    • ALITEO - directly in the ALITEO app.
    • API - the task was created via API.
    • Email - via email from project or company members.
    • Anonymous email -email from non-ALITEO registered users.
    • Synchronization - the task was created via synchronization.
