Detailed notifications inform you about changes happening within a task, project, team or company. Each notification is always dependent on the rights you have to the object.
You can turn the following types of notifications on or off according to your preferences:
- Add or change comments: You will be notified when someone adds or changes a comment in a task.
- Adding an attachment: You will be informed that an attachment has been added to the task.
- Change task status: You will receive an alert when the status of a task changes.
- Change a task attribute: You will be notified of any attribute change in the task.
Automatic on and off notifications
ALITEO allows you to set detailed notifications
to turn on and off automatically so you don't have to do it manually. Notifications will be set automatically in the following cases:
- You become or cease to be a task solver.
- You become or cease to be the owner of the task.
- You become or cease to be a task follower.
- The task solving group of which you are a member becomes or ceases to be the task solving group.
