Company signature

In the "Signatures" section of the company settings, you have the option to define how company members will use signatures within task comments. You can choose between two main options:

1. User-Specific Signature

If you select this option, company members will be able to sign comments in tasks (belonging to the given company) using their personal signatures. The content of the signature is set by each user in their personal user settings.

2. Unified Company Signature

If you choose this option, all users within the company will sign comments in tasks using a unified corporate signature. This signature is centrally defined and is identical for all members.
