Shared tags

Tags help you label tasks in the ALITEO application, making it easier to orient yourself and filter information. You can create them in the "Tags" tab of your settings. You can choose to keep them private for your own use, or you can share them across the application for:

• Workspaces - By sharing to a workspace, all members of the projects within that workspace will gain access to the tag.
• Projects and teams - This gives you more precise control over which projects will display the tags to other users. Since teams don't fall under workspaces but directly under the company, you can share tags with them this way.
• Groups and users - You get the most granular control by sharing tags only with specific users or their groups, for example, based on the roles they fulfill within individual projects.

When sharing with various objects, you can also restrict the visibility of tags only to internal users involved in those objects, or make them available for all members of projects and teams, regardless of their membership type.
