Meetings view

All meetings are displayed in projects and teams in the form of cards, where you can see the basic information. The amount of information displayed depends on whether the user has synchronized the ALITEO calendar with their calendar from one of the supported service providers (Exchange/Office365/Gmail). Depending on this, the following information is displayed:

  • Term - day, date and time of the meeting (Also displayed when calendar synchronization is inactive),
  • Navigation - in which workspace and project or in which team the meeting is located. We can also see this information in the tooltip in the calendar (It is also displayed when the calendar synchronization is inactive),
  • Meeting name (Also displayed when calendar synchronization is inactive),
  • Time remaining until the start of the meeting,
  • Meeting Status - this is the Scheduled/Processing /Finished status - this status only appears on active meetings. An inactive meeting is one that results from a recurrence, and then we call it "Occurrence" (the wheel icon with arrows on the right side). In the details of an inactive meeting, pressing the "Activate" button will activate the meeting and make it an "Instance" meeting - the crossed-out wheel with arrows icon on the right side (also displayed when the calendar synchronisation is inactive),
  • Attendance status - status of the participant's confirmation of the meeting - I will attend, I will not attend, I may attend.
  • Meeting attendees - all invited meeting attendees (Also displayed when calendar synchronization is inactive),
  • Priority - priority of the meeting,
  • Reminder - set up a remider for the meeting,
  • View as - set how the meeting is displayed in the participant's calendar,
  • Organizer - the user who organizes the meeting,
  • Service provider status - information about whether the meeting created in ALITEO is linked or recorded in the user's calendar - Exchange/Office365/Gmail (It is also displayed when the calendar synchronization is inactive).
