The comments are part of each task and form an essential tool for discussion (see the chapter Tasks - Comments for more information). In this section we can define predefined comments which are used by internal users of the company to speed up the writing of comments that are repeated regularly. When creating a comment, we define its name and then the text that will be inserted into the new comment.
The comments created here will then appear in the window for creating a new comment in the menu called "Predefined comments".
