When a user registers in the application, a company with a name identical to the user's name is created at the same time as the registration. The selection of the company/companies is done in the user's menu - by clicking on the user's avatar in the upper right corner of the application.
They can then invite other app users to this company. They can also be invited to another company as a user themselves. All companies of which the user is a member are then displayed in this user menu.
New user
To add a new user to the company, press the "New User" button. In the window that opens, enter the e-mail address of the user you want to invite to the company.
A message will arrive at the user's email address inviting them to join the company. The user can accept or decline this invitation. After accepting the invitation, a login window will open in the user's default web browser where the invited user can log in. If the user does not have an account in ALITEO registered yet, it is possible to go to the registration form from this login window and create new account.
When creating an invitation to a company, we can additionally select whether it is a single user invitation or a multiple invitation. With a multiple invitation, you can enter up to 100 emails, each on a new line, to invite multiple users to the company.
When inviting one or more users, it is possible to specify the user type setting within the company.
