In order for a user to have the right to a task (to be available in the ALITEO application), the following must be satisfied:
- Must be an active user of the company (data access is enabled in the user settings within the company)m
- It must not be a private task.
Then:
- The user has the right to all the tasks they are following. To become a follower:
- automatically - if they are:
- Owner of the task,
- Solver of the task,
- Is a member of the solver group that is the task solver.
- by manually adding between the tasks followers.
- The user has the right to all management tasks of the project of which they are a member and is in the management team,
- The user has the right to all management tasks of the team of which they are a member and is in the management team,
- The user shall have the right to all management tasks of the workgroups of which they are a member,
- The user has the right to all tasks in the Waiting for reaction state of the project of which they are a member and is in the management team,
- The user has the right to all tasks in the status Waiting for reaction of the team of which they are a member and is in the management team,
- The user has the right to all tasks in the Waiting for reaction state of the workgroup of which they are a member,
- The supervisor of the company's project tasks has the right to all the company's project tasks,
- The workspace project task supervisor has the right to all project tasks in the projects of given workspace
- The Project task supervisor has the right to all project tasks of the project,
- The supervisor of the company's management tasks has the right to all management tasks of the company,
- The supervisor of the management tasks of the workspace has the right to all management tasks of the given workspace project, including project workgroups,
- The supervisor of the project management tasks has the right to all management tasks of a given project, including workgroups,
- The supervisor of a team's management tasks has the right to all management tasks of given team, including workgroups.
