What is a project

Projects are one of the core parts of the ALITEO application. It is created in a workspace that greatly defines its properties. The use of the project is large and it depends on the setup and implementation how we will use the project.

New project

As mentioned above, a workspace must exist in the company's settings for you to then create a project. Before starting to create a new project, you need to analyze the process and define the lifecycle of the tasks in the project and the data that needs to be tracked in the projects and their tasks. These requirements are incorporated in the form of workspace setup to achieve the required efficiency.

The project can be created in several ways:

• Using "New Project" in the project evidence,
• Press the button with the "Plus" sign at the bottom right of the ALITEO screen and select "Project".

This project will then be visible in the "Projects" evidence.
