What is a meeting and how is it created

With meetings you can plan, prepare and manage meetings efficiently. Not only can you easily distribute important information and documents, but you also have the ability to collaborate in real-time via video conferencing and record any changes made.

Ways to create a meeting

You can create a meeting in several ways:

  • Directly on the calendar - Click "New" (Event) or double-click on a specific date. Then select "Team Meeting" or "Project Meeting".
  • In the project or team details - In the "Meetings" tab, click the "New Meeting" button. In this tab you will see (based on your permissions) all the meetings that have been created in the project and in which you are a participant.
  • Using the "Plus" button - Press the "Plus" round button in the bottom right corner of the screen, select "Event" and then select "Team Meeting" or "Project Meeting".

For full functionality, we recommend synchronizing the ALITEO calendar with your personal calendar. For detailed information on how synchronization works, please refer to the application documentation.
