What is a meeting and how is it created

With this functionality, you can easily plan and prepare meetings, distribute information, share content, or maintain important agreements. Not only do we make it convenient to share documents, but we also offer real-time collaboration options in the form of video conferencing or capturing all the changes that have been made in a given meeting.

We can create a meeting in several ways:

  1. Directly in the application calendar by pressing the "New" (event) button or by double-clicking on a specific date and selecting one of the options "Team meeting" or "Project meeting"
  2. In the Meetings tab in the project or team detail by pressing the "New meeting" button. Note: In this tab we can see (based on rights) all the meetings that are created in the project and we are a participant of.
  3. Pressing the round "Plus" button in the bottom right corner of the screen, which is always available, and selecting the "Event" option, followed by selecting one of the "Team Meeting" or "Project Meeting" options
