In the left panel of the meeting detail, which can be hidden with the "Hide meeting info" button (the meeting information can be unpacked by pressing the " Meeting info" button next to the buttons for switching the meeting status), you will find all the important information related to the meeting in the left panel. The amount of information displayed depends on whether the user has synchronized the ALITEO calendar with their calendar from one of the supported service providers (Exchange/Office365/Gmail) and whether the meeting is connected or disconnected from this calendar. The information displayed includes:
- Attendance - displays the confirmed type of attendance at the meeting of the logged-in attendee (also displayed when the calendar synchronization is inactive),

- Meeting date - (Also displayed when the calendar synchronisation is inactive),

- A check mark in a green circle - the user has confirmed attendance at the meeting,
- Cross in the red circle - the user has declined attendance at the meeting,

- Guests - these are non-attendees of the meeting who were invited via email,
- Resources - here we find the resources that have been selected for the meeting. Mostly these are meeting rooms or other type that have their own planning and also their own calendar. We can also find the confirmation icon next to it on the meeting,
- Privacy - this is the privacy of the meeting which can be public or private,
- View as - this is about setting the event in the calendar of the logged in user, that is, how the event appears to other users who have rights to the user's calendar,
- Reminder - setting the reminder for the meeting,
- Meeting description - this is a brief description of the meeting that is entered when the meeting is created. It usually briefly describes what the meeting will be about (It is also displayed when the calendar synchronization is inactive),
- Event text - this is the text that is part of the event invitation, i.e. the event created from Exchange,
- Delete event button - the button allows you to remove the meeting from the ALITEO application calendar and from the user's calendar if the meeting is linked to the user's calendar (Also displayed when the calendar synchronization is inactive),
- Connect to calendar button - If the user has calendar synchronization active in the user settings, this button allows the meeting to be recorded in the user's calendar,
