Team workgroups

A workgroup is seen as a part of a team that needs its own space to function (sub-team). By its own space we mean meetings, tasks to react to and, in fact, especially the team which is a subset of the team to which the workgroup belongs. We define the members of the workgroup in a similar way as the members of the project, but we do not define specific rights here.
