Each task in ALITEO can be in different states. As mentioned in the chapter on task states here, tasks can also take on different solution phases, and these are set at this point - in the workspace.
To add a new phase, use the "New phase" button. In the dialog that appears enter:
- Active phase name - this is the name of the phase if it is active in the task,
- Inactive phase name - this is the name of the phase if it is inactive in the task.
We can additionally adjust the phase:
- Phase colour - this is the colour of the phase that we see in the job preview,
- Visibility - we can define under which conditions a phase will be visible in the project task. A phase can be visible always or after fulfilling conditions that we define ourselves. The conditions can refer to attributes (see the chapter on attributes for more information) or to standard task data.
