In addition, there are several options available in this screen, located in the top right corner:
- Sort by - use this toggle to change the sort order of the tasks according to the options:
- Priority - tasks are ordered by priority from highest to lowest, or from lowest to highest,
- Due date - tasks are sorted by due date, i.e. tasks with the earliest due date are displayed. Those that do not have a due date are listed at the end and sorted by priority,
- Last comment - tasks are sorted by the date of the last comment to the task,
- Name - tasks are sorted by task name in descending order,
- SLA deadline - tasks are sorted by the date and time value of Response Time and Repair Time, whichever is earliest,
- From oldest - tasks are sorted by creation date from oldest to newest,
- From newest - tasks are sorted by creation date from newest to oldest.
- Compact View - This switch can be used to enable the compact view of the task overview. Compact mode should be used to reduce the available task information for the purpose of displaying as many tasks as possible in the overview,
- Total - this switch enables the panel in the header that displays all the data that can be used to perform the sum operation. These are both standard data such as scheduled time and actual time and task attributes which are displayed on the task view and have a format over which the sum can be performed (Link to the chapter Task attributes - setup to sum).
