Workspace tags

Tags are an essential part of all tools similar to the ALITEO application, the main focus of which is task management. We use tags to mark project tasks and thus distinguish them from each other. It is up to the user what kind of tagging system to use.

There are three types of tags in ALITEO:

• Private - definable by the user and to be used only by the user,
• Internal - they are defined in the workspace, so they are created by the company administrator or workspace administrator. These tags can be used to mark project tasks belonging to the workspace project. These tags are visible only to internal users,
• Public - defined similarly to internal, but these tags are visible to all users.

The tags are defined by their color and name for easier differentiation.
