Mentee setup and overview

Mentoring setup is done on a specific user in the company settings. Only an internal user of the company can be a mentored user.

In the mentoring evidence (found in the top dark bar), we can see all mentored users:

  • Tasks to react - these are tasks that are waiting for the mentored user to react,
  • Timesheets - these are timesheets created by the mentored user,
  • Activities - here we can find all activities of the mentored user.

In addition to the toggle switch for the above options, the mentoring screen also contains a left panel. It is divided into 2 main parts:

  • Mentored person - this part of the left panel does not change with the change of the switch and we select the company and then the user we want to control,
  • Filter - its options change based on the selected area:
    • A client filter is available for reaction tasks to filter the displayed tasks,
    • The standard filter for timesheets is available, i.e. it is possible to create a view and use the client filter,
    • No filter available for activities.
