Project's SLA

To enable the SLA (Service Level Agreement) functionality for your project and its tasks, you must first define the SLA parameters in the project settings.

To create new parameters, press the "New SLA parameters" button , define a name and click "Create".

After creating the new parameters, set the following in the displayed dialog box:

  • Validity from-to - SLA will be calculated for tasks created in this time interval.
  • Working hours - You select one of the offered working hours (these are defined in the workspace).
  • Contract - You select one of the offered contracts (also defined in the workspace).

You can change the contract parameters manually within the project. However, if you subsequently change the original contract in the workspace, your manually changed parameters in the project settings will not be automatically updated.
