Project’s SLA

To enable SLA functionality in a project and tasks belonging to it, you need to define SLA parameters in the project settings. Create new parameters by pressing the "New SLA parameters" button, define the name by pressing the "Create" button. After creating new parameters, set the following parameters in the displayed dialog box:

• Valid from-to - SLA will be calculated on tasks created in this time interval
• Working hours - choose one of the offered working hours (they are defined in the workspace),
• Contract - select one of the offered contracts (they are defined in the workspace). The contract parameters can be changed within the project, but WARNING: if the workspace is subsequently changed, these manually changed parameters will not be updated in the project settings.
