Project workgroups

A workgroup is seen as a part of a project that needs its own space to function (sub-project). By its own space we mean meetings, tasks to respond to and, in fact, separately the project team which is a subset of the project team to which the working group belongs. We define the members of the working group in a similar way as the members of the project, but here we do not define specific rights anymore.
