Project and management tasks

Project tasks are those tasks whose lifecycle can be largely defined and set in the workspace. Fulfilling these tasks brings the project closer to completion; in the case of service desk use case, a project task is a single case (ticket) that needs to be resolved.

Example:

• Internal IT requests within the company,
• Transport requirements, etc.

Management tasks are those tasks that have managerial objectives. Unlike project tasks, which move the project forward, management tasks are used for tasks related to project or team management and are more or less one-shot tasks.
