Portfolio data in ALITEO are divided into several sections, which are accessible via the following tabs:
- Projects – Here you will find all projects linked to the portfolio. You can add projects by clicking the button and then searching for the project.
- Tasks – This tab displays tasks from all connected projects, giving you a comprehensive overview.
- Contacts – This area is divided into two sections:
- Company details – Used to add detailed information about the portfolio (such as company ID number, VAT number, address, etc.).
- Contacts – A place to add contact persons. The email addresses of the contacts entered here can be used for the Automatic Portfolio function.
- Dashboard – Similar to other parts of the application, here you can also create graphical views and reports based on data from a given portfolio.
- About portfolio – This tab provides key information and consists of two parts:
- Members – Displays all members of the portfolio. Members with Administrator permissions can manage membership.
- Activities – All significant changes that have occurred in the portfolio are collected here in chronological order.
Some tabs, such as Projects and Tasks, also contain a left panel that is used to filter and refine the objects displayed.
