Like other objects, portfolio data is divided into several areas, which are covered by the following tabs:
- Projects - in this tab we have all the projects connected to the portfolio. We add projects by using the available button and searching for the project,
- Project tasks - here we have available project tasks of all connected projects,
- Contacts - space for:
- Company data - space for adding more detailed data to the portfolio (ID number, VAT number, address, etc.),
- Contacts - a place to add contacts for people in the portfolio. Emails set in these contacts can be used for the Automatic Portfolio functionality.
- Dashboard - similar to dashboards elsewhere, it is also possible to create graphical views of the necessary data across a given portfolio.
- About Portfolio - this tab includes 2 units that provide users with information about the portfolio. They are:
- Members - portfolio members have the right to see the portfolio and it can be managed for those members who have active Administrator rights,
- Activities - this is where significant changes to the portfolio are aggregated.
Some tabs also contain a left panel that is used to filter the objects of the tab. These are primarily Projects and Project Tasks, which require this tool.
