Portal for non-registered users

Since version 23.3, the ALITEO application also allows unregistered so-called anonymous users to access cases entered via email into an existing project. Thus, they do not have to service their cases only via email, but can view all their tasks (of which they are the owner) in the so-called portal.

The portal is accessed by an anonymous user from an email containing an ALITEO notification by clicking on the "View task" button. The portal opens in a web browser, where the interface is visibly simpler compared to the interface directly in the ALITEO application.

The portal contains:

  • Header - in this section they see the basic information to the task they are the owner of:
    • Task number,
    • Priority,
    • Task status - an anonymous user sees only the following statuses:
      • Request for closure,
      • Closed
      • Request for cancelation,
      • Canceled
      • Waiting for the reaction of the owner,
      • In solution - this state represents for the anonymous owner all other options offered by ALITEO (solution phases, project/team response, suspended, etc.).
    • Creation date,
    • Email of the task owner.
  • Bookmarks
    • Description - the original task description used by the owner when the task was created,
    • Comments - only public comments are visible,
    • Attachments - public task attachments
