All meetings in projects and teams are displayed as clear cards. The amount of information shown depends on whether you have your ALITEO calendar synchronized with one of the supported providers (e.g., Exchange, Office 365, or Gmail).
Information Always Available (Even Without Synchronization)
This information is displayed on the meeting card regardless of whether you have active synchronization:
- Meeting Name
- Meeting Date and Time – The day, date, and time of the meeting are displayed.
- Navigation – Information about which workspace, project, or team the meeting belongs to.
- Meeting Participants – All invited meeting participants.
- Service Provider Status – Information on whether the meeting is recorded in the calendar of the provider (e.g., Exchange).
- Meeting Status – Shows whether the meeting is Planned, In Progress, or Finished. For recurring meetings, an inactive instance is called an "Occurrence" (circle with arrows icon). This meeting can be activated by clicking the "Activate" button in its details, which turns it into a "Meeting Instance" (crossed-out circle with arrows icon).
Information Available with Synchronization Enabled
This data is displayed only if you have active calendar synchronization:
- Time Remaining Until the Meeting
- Attendance Status – The participant's confirmation status (Attending, Not Attending, Maybe Attending).
- Priority
- Notifications
- Show As – The setting for how the meeting appears on the participant's calendar.
- Organizer – The user who is organizing the meeting.
