The meeting header contains basic information about the meeting, such as:
- Navigation - the name of the company, workspace and project, or the name of the company and the name of the team whose meeting is in progress,
- Name of the meeting - in the case of a single meeting it is a simple name and in the case of a series of meetings it is the name of the series of meetings as well as the name with the term of the 1st instance or occurrence of the meeting,
- Status of the meeting - we distinguish 3 states of the active meeting:
- Planned - this state is the default in case of an active meeting,
- Processing - this state is activated manually by the organizer or another meeting participant who has the right to do so. In this state, all actions or changes created from this meeting detail are written to the meeting activity. This state also makes the "Notes" field available in the order points,
- Finished - to end the meeting. In this state, editing the meeting is locked.
On the right side of the header we find more options:
- Notifications - this is a toggle to turn on the detailed notifications for the given meeting and also a button to clear all notifications that the user has in the right panel in the notifications section and are related to this meeting,
- Attendance - attendance is used to keep track of users, who attended the meeting and who did not. If the attendance form is filled in, the green check mark in the left panel under participants will change to a double check mark,
- Connect - with this button we can connect to the videoconference that is created in this meeting,
- Time start - by pressing the Time start button we activate the time measurement which is linked to this meeting. This button also includes the possibility to create a timesheet which is also linked to this meeting and is therefore a management timesheet.
