List Filtered Tasks module

The List Filtered Tasks module in Make is used to bulk load tasks based on previously saved filters in ALITEO. It allows you to automatically retrieve lists of tasks that meet specific criteria defined by a user or company. For instructions on how to create a connection, please refer here.

Filter Setup

• Connection: Select a pre-configured connection to ALITEO.
• Email: Required field. The email address of the user on whose behalf the filtering is performed.
• Filter ID: Required field. Select or enter exactly the 14-character ID of the saved filter from ALITEO to be used.
• Limit: Limits the maximum number of tasks the module returns (e.g. 10, 50).
