Status and change of licence

After registering in the ALITEO application, the user is automatically activated on the Basic tariff, which is free of charge. In case of an increase, the License can be selected in this menu by pressing the Select a license button.

If a license is already activated, it can be changed in the menu of the existing license via the "Activate" button and by selecting from the options:

• Increase to date - a license increase (higher number of users or higher tariff) is possible at any time during the license term,
• Change licence - any licence change is possible on the contract renewal date.

After pressing the button, several tariffs are available to choose from. In the upper right corner there is a field to fill in the number of users and in the header you can switch the payment for the license between annual and monthly.

Otherwise in this section we find:

• Type of active tariff, its limits and their use,
• Set payment details,
• Identification of the payment card and its expiration date,
• Payment history with invoice download.
