How the licence works in ALITEO

Licenses in the ALITEO application are governed by the selected plan (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise), which defines the price per user as well as limits applicable to the entire company. Current prices and limits can be found on the Pricing – ALITEO.com page.

Limits Defined by the Plan

The plan primarily defines the following restrictions and parameters:

• Number of active projects – The maximum number of non-archived projects, ranging from 3 in the Basic plan to 10,000 in Enterprise.

• Number of active tasks – The maximum number of non-archived tasks, ranging from 30 up to 200,000.

• Storage and attachment size – Total data space (from 1 GB to 1,000 GB) and the size limit for a single attachment (10 MB to 500 MB).

• Number of users – The Basic plan is limited to a maximum of 5 users. Higher plans offer an unlimited number of external users, while the price for internal users is set at €7 (Premium) or €10 (Enterprise) per month.

• AI Assistant – Defines the monthly query limit (from 10 to 900) and the number of concurrent calls.

• Technical connectivity – Limits for API communication and Webhooks (requests per minute) are available in the Premium and Enterprise plans.

Features and Add-ons

The availability of advanced tools and support levels depends on the chosen tier:

• Customer support – The Premium plan includes standard customer support, while Enterprise provides priority support.

• Gantt and capacity planning – This feature is included directly in the Enterprise plan. For the Premium plan, it is available as an optional add-on.

• Available add-ons – Depending on the license, you can purchase modules such as Company Branding, SLA tracking, or Task booster. No additional features can be purchased for the Basic plan.
