The license in ALITEO is described by the selected Tariff, which determines both the price of the user (internal or external with licensing - see the chapter about the company's users) and the limits that the company has. The current price and limits are listed on the Price list - ALITEO.com. The tariff primarily defines the following limits:
- Number of active projects - this is the maximum number of projects that have not been archived,
- Number of active project tasks - this is the maximum number of project tasks that have not been archived,
- Storage size - this is the maximum available space for storing attachments (in tasks, project and team documents, meetings, etc. ), including archived attachments,
- Number of users
- for Basic tariff - maximum number of any users,
- for other tariffs - unlimited number of external users and for an internal user (or an external user with licensing) the price for each Tariff is set separately.
- Other options that are not available for all Tariffs (e.g. the API communication option, which is only available in specific Tariffs).
