In the "General" tab we can find basic information about the project such as:
- Logo - the logo allows better recognition of projects in the ALITEO application evidences,
- Project name - short name of the project,
- Project description - more information on the project, available on the "About" tab,
- Project manager - can be replaced by any internal member of the project,
- Project start and duedate - these are the dates when the project should start and end,
- Project status - a list of states that the project can be in:
- Planned - Tasks in the Planned state are not displayed in the reaction tasks and do not receive notifications. This status is used to schedule a project before it begins,
- In progress - Standard status during project realisation. Tasks are displayed in reaction tasks and notifications are sent to them,
- Finished - Project completion status. Tasks are displayed in reaction tasks and notifications are sent to them, they need to be completed,
- Cancelled - The project has been cancelled. Tasks are displayed in reaction tasks and notifications are sent to them, they need to be completed or cancelled,
- Suspended - The project has been suspended. Tasks are displayed in reaction tasks and notifications are sent to them, they can be manually paused.
- Deadline risk - a switch that, when turned on, identifies a deadline problem on the project,
- Quality risk - a switch which, when activated, identifies a quality problem on the project,
- Default view - this is the setting that tells what part of the project should be displayed if we enter the project,
- Project template - this button brings up the project template creation dialog.
Project template
When creating a project template, it is necessary to select a name and select the evidences to be saved in the template using the available checkboxes. Once saved, the template can be edited in the workspace settings, under the "Project templates" tab. The use of the template is done by creating a new project, where when selecting the work. When selecting a workspace, we will be presented with the saved templates.
