Displayed tasks

According to the defined settings in the left panel, we can see in the middle of the screen a overview of the tasks that meet the set conditions. Tasks are displayed in the form of cards, which may contain the following information:

• Task ID - a task identification number that is unique within the company,
• Navigation - more information about where the task is created (company, workspace, project, team, section) and information about who owns the task,
• Task name,
• Tags,
• Task description,
• Attributes - which have in their settings "Show in overview",
• Task status or phase of solution,
• Priority,
• Due date,
• Task privacy,
• Solvers,
• Satisfaction,
• Current SLA progress (status or deadline),
• Author and date of last comment.

The above list and its order can be customized by the user in his settings.

A bell icon may appear in the upper right corner of this tab to indicate that the logged in user has detailed notifications enabled for that task.
