At the top of task detail bar, there are additional options:
- Control of detailed notifications - In the upper right corner of the task detail there is a button for switching on or off detailed notifications in the task (link to detailed notifications). next to it there is also a button that can be used to call the menu for deleting notifications in the right panel (link to right panel -> notifications). this button will delete all notifications from the right panel related to this task,
- Options - task options can be found in the top right corner under the 3 dots icon. Depending on the state of the task and the rights of the logged in user, we have some of the following options available:
- Move - option to move a task to another project or section,
- Change to standalone task - option to create a standalone task from a subtask,
- Merge task - the ability to merge a task with another. By selecting the parent task and then merging it, all merged tasks are automatically deleted, and an email notification is sent to the owners of all tasks that the merge has been performed. The owners of the merged tasks are automatically added as followers of the parent task. The merged tasks can be found in the "Merging" tab in the parent task details,
- Change to subtask - option to additionally create a subtask from a standalone task,
- Copy task - the ability to copy an existing task with its properties except for followers, notifications, owner, subtasks and comments. Attributes are also copied, but only those that are filled in when the task is created (see Attribute properties),
- Create task template - the ability to create a template from a task, which can be used to create a new task and save time. After entering a name, it is possible to use the checkboxes to select which records to save in the template. At the same time, it is also possible to turn on repeating on the created template to set the automatic generation of the task. Task templates are stored on the user and can be found in the user settings under "Task templates",
- Archive - option to archive the task (link to the status of the archived task),
- Activate - option to activate if the task is archived.
- Start time measurement and create a timesheet - in the task header on the right side we can also find controls for:
- Start time - pressing this button activates the time measurement for the given task, which is then visible in the right panel in the time tracking section,
- New timesheet - press this button to create a new timesheet for the task.
